BOUCHES

Bouches is a playful yet evocative collection centered around the mouth — a symbol of voice, expression, and identity. Born from a moment of creative silence, these works became my way of speaking without words. Each piece features a uniquely painted mouth, some layered with graffiti-like elements, and most sealed under glossy drips of resin that seem to both preserve and restrain. The resin acts like a metaphor — beauty and constraint in one gesture — echoing the tension between what we say and what we hold back. Bouches invites the viewer to reflect on communication, censorship, and the loudness of silence, all through a vibrant, urban-inspired lens.
